The Hudson Valley lacrosse team was defeated 25-12 on Saturday at Herkimer.
Leading the scoring for the Vikings was Damien Santiago with 4. Romeyn Murray followed with 3 and Cole Vumbaco had 2. Anthony Palladino, Austin Fitzpatrick, and Gabriel D'Angelo each tallied 1 for the Vikings as well.
Murray also had 3 assists totaling 6 points on the day. Defensively, Damien Santiago led the charge with 3 caused turnovers, followed by Austin Fitzpatrick (2) and Romeyn Murray (1). In goal, Nicholas Lagitch faced heavy pressure, making 10 saves on 35 shots for a 28.6% save percentage.
The Vikings look to bounce back on Wednesday as they face DuPage at 4pm at Mercer CC.
