Amy Barnhart was a two-time All-Region selection in softball and an All-Region selection in soccer during her second year. She led the softball team with 32 hits in 1989 and 36 hits in 1990. Her .571 batting average in 1990 ranked sixth in the NJCAA. She finished her two-year career with a .515 batting average. Barnhart was a captain of the soccer team in 1989 and earned the Lester Higbee Award as the top female athlete at the college during the 1989-90 academic year.
