Volleyball Rounds Out Season at Region 3 Semis

The Hudson Valley volleyball saw their come to an end on Saturday, as they were defeated in straight sets by rival Adirondack in the semifinals of the Region 3 Championships.

The Vikings finished their season with a 15-8 record (10-4 in Region 3), earning the 5th seed in the regional tournament this season marked the 2nd consecutive postseason run. 

Leading the team in kills was Abbigail Newell with 9 followed by Jordyn Peacock with 6. Gabriella Kholstinin led in assists with 22 and digs with 21. Emily Coffey added 19 digs followed by Newell with 14 and Elizabeth Baldes and Olivia Linart each adding 10 digs as well.

Congratulations to the 2024 volleyball team, this season was a historic one, if not one of the best in program history.
