The Hudson Valley Community College women's soccer team had an impressive start to their 2023 season with a dominant 9-0 victory over Finger Lakes on Saturday afternoon at the Outdoor Athletic Complex on the campus of HVCC.

Abigayle Yetto was the standout performer of the match, scoring an incredible four goals. Lauren Foglia also had a fantastic game, contributing two goals to the team's impressive tally. Kyleigh Pearson also made a significant impact on the offensive end, adding two goals of her own.

The team's strong performance in the season-opener sets up the rest of the 2023 season as they return to the pitch on Wednesday, Sept. 6 to take on a tough Jefferson program at 3 p.m. at the Outdoor Athletic Complex at HVCC.
