Women's Soccer Maggie Ryan named First Team All-Conference

The Hudson Valley Community College women's soccer sophomore, Maggie Ryan, was named to the Mountain Valley Conference All-Conference First Team, as voted on by the conference coaches, for her outstanding performances during the 2022 soccer season. 

On the year, Ryan led the Vikings with 16 goals and added three assists for 35 total points. She finished with a shot percentage of .457 and a shot on goal percentage of .571, which included three game-winning goals. 

She had career games in critical Region 3 matchups as she scored four goals and totaled nine points in the Vikings 8-3 win at Niagara. She scored four goals once again in the Vikings 5-1 home win vs Jamestown. 

The women's program recently advanced to the NJCAA Region 3 semifinal round as they are set to take on top-ranked Mohawk Valley on Tuesday, October 25 in Utica, NY.
