The Hudson Valley women's soccer team traveled to Genesee for an evening showdown and were defeated 6-1 in Batavia, NY.
After their match against Erie was cancelled, the Vikings and Cougars filled the void by playing each other on Saturday night.
The Vikings return to the pitch tomorrow when they continue their Western New York road trip with a 2 p.m. start at Niagara.
