The Hudson Valley Community College women's and men's soccer teams faced tough Herkimer programs, which are both garnering national attention in the latest coaches' polls, on Wednesday afternoon in Herkimer, NY.

The women's program started the doubleheader off with a 3-0 defeat to a historically good women's soccer program. The Vikings kept the game close, entering the halftime break trailing 1-0 to the Generals. 

The men's program closed out the evening as they were shutout by the No. 2 ranked Herkimer program

Upcoming Schedule

Up next for the men's and women's soccer teams is a home doubleheader this Saturday, Sept. 25 when they welcome SUNY Broome to the Outdoor Athletic Complex on the campus of Hudson Valley Community College. The men start the day at 1 p.m. and will be followed by the women's match around 3 p.m.
