Men Finish Second at Event

The Hudson Valley Community College women's bowling team finished first out of four teams at the Hawk Invitational on Utica on Sunday. Hudson Valley's men's team took second place out of nine teams at the event.
Hudson Valley freshman Tia-Marie Stevens (Averill Park/Averill Park High School) rolled a 1,581 to take top honors out of 27 competitors in the women's event. Freshman Kristen Koenig (Wynantskill/Catholic Central High School) finished third with a 1,508.
Freshman John Ferraro (Kingston/Kingston High School) led the Hudson Valley men's team, finishing fourth out of 66 competitors with a 1,668.
