Hudson Valley Community College women's basketball program kicked off the new year with a road victory 55-48 at Ulster on Thursday evening in Stone Ridge, NY.
The women's program improved to 6-4 on the year and have now won four straight games dating back to the end of the fall semester. Sidney Phillips guided the Vikings to victory as she finished with a team-high 14 points and Leah Pergola added 13 points.
Up next for the women's basketball program is HVCC's annual Community Day on Sunday, January 14th when they welcome Tompkins Cortland to the McDonough Sports Complex. The game is set to begin at 1 p.m. and will be live streamed at hvccathletics.com/watch.
