The Hudson Valley Community College women's basketball team concluded its regular season with a tough road loss at No. 5 Fulton-Montgomery 84-53 in Johnstown, NY on Monday evening.

The Vikings offense sputtered throughout the game as the nationally ranked Raiders had more depth over the short-handed Vikings. The Raiders jumped out to a big lead as they finished the opening quarter leading the Vikings 29-12. Hudson Valley was outmatched and couldn't slow down the Raiders potent scoring offense.

Leading the way for the Vikings was Tylah Langley, who finished the game with a team-best 14 points and Sidney Phillips added 12 points, while Nya Ewans-Edmonds also reached double-figures with 10 points.

The Vikings finished the season with a 10-9 record and 8-8 against Region 3 competition. The Vikings are on track to earn an NJCAA Region 3 postseason berth and the program will learn its fate on Thursday evening, following the women's basketball committee's seed meeting at 6 p.m.
