The Hudson Valley women's basketball welcomed Clinton to the McDonough Sports Complex on Wednesday evening and defeated the Cougars 52-34 behind the team-leading 23 points from Emily Erickson.
Erickson led all scorers as she connected on 11 field goals and shot 1-for-4 from the free throw line as the Vikings improved to 13-8 after winning their second straight game.
Alexandra Rifenburg finished the game with nine points as each member of the Vikings team scored at least one field goal.
The Vikings return to the court tomorrow, Feb. 6 as they travel to Johnstown, NY to take on Fulton-Montgomery at 5 p.m.
