Women's Basketball Defeats Corning 74-52

Hudson Valley's women's basketball team (6-2) had four Vikings reach double-digit scoring as the Vikings defeated Corning 74-52 on Sunday afternoon in Corning, NY.
Hannah Kreiger (Brunswick/Tamarac) led the Vikings with a team-high 22 points with three made three-point field goals. Kreiger scored 15 points in the second half to help the Vikings pull away from Corning and secure the 22-point victory.
Caitlin Estes (Scotia/Scotia-Glenville) has found her shot as she finished with 17 points, reaching double-digits for the fourth straight game. Madison Graber (Schenectady/Schalmont) also reached double-digit points and finished with 15 points.
Taylor Engster (Troy/Catholic Central) continued to play well as she finished with 14 points. She has now reached double-digit scoring in five straight games.
Hudson Valley is home this Wednesday, December 5 as they play Onondaga at home in the McDonough Sports Complex The game is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.
