The Hudson Valley Community College men's cross country team finished fourth and the women's team finished sixth at the Region III Championships held in Alfred on Saturday afternoon.
Eric Young (Shaker/Latham) finished in second place (30:19) to lead the Vikings and Adam Coolong (Saratoga Springs/Ballston Spa) finished in eleventh (32:12). Nicole Dootz (Bethlehem/Feura Bush) led the women, finishing in thirteenth place (24:31) and Hilary Crannage (Polytech/Alleghany) finished in nineteenth (25:22).
