The Hudson Valley Community College men's cross country team finished third at the Bard Invitational and the women's team finished ninth on Saturday afternoon.
Eric Young (Shaker/Latham) led the men finishing second overall (26:44) and Brendan Reilly (Columbia/East Greenbush) finished 25th (29:33) in the men's 5K race. In the women's 5k race, Hilary Crannage (Polytech/Alleghany) finished in 16th place (20:35), while Amanda Slyer (Averill Park/Averill Park) finished in 36th place (22:17).
Both Cross Country teams travel to Williams College Saturday, Sept. 24 at noon.
