The Hudson Valley men's lacrosse team lost to Delaware Technical on Friday, 19-5.
Despite the loss, several Vikings contributed offensively. Damien Santiago led the way with 2 goals on 5 shots, while Cole Vumbaco added a goal and two assists. Romeyn Murray also chipped in with a goal, and Zachary Price contributed an assist. The team totaled 5 goals and 4 assists on 18 shot attempts.
Defensively, goalie Nicholas Lagitch faced a barrage of shots, stopping 19 of 38 in goal, but ultimately allowed 19 goals in a full game's worth of action.
The Vikings play at Onondaga on Monday at 6pm.
