Hudson Valley Community College men's lacrosse (6-3) had three individuals record at least seven points or more as the Vikings defeated Mohawk Valley 22-5 on the road at Proctor Stadium in Utica, NY.
Austin Hinderliter (Ephratah/Johnstown), Darren Nagy (Saugerties/Saugerties) and Christopher Calicchia (Loudonville/Shaker) combined to score 18 goals and four assists to help the Vikings extend their win streak to four straight games.
Hinderliter scored three of the Vikings first five goals in the first quarter and finished with a game high eight points from six goals and two assists. Nagy finished with a game-high seven goals, including three goals in the fourth quarter.
Calicchia scored a career-high five goals and added two assists, with three goals coming in the second half of the game. Calicchia also tallied a game-high 14 ground balls
The Vikings men's lacrosse program will close out the week with another road game as they travel to play Jefferson on Saturday afternoon in Watertown, NY. The game is scheduled for a 2 p.m. start.
