Bio

Ken Lancto begins his first season as the head coach of the ice hockey program this year. Lancto served as an assistant at Hudson Valley for two seasons under former coach Matt Alvey.

Lancto is from Rotterdam, and is an alumnus of the Vikings hockey program. He played locally in high school before moving on to play junior hockey in the AJHL for the Binghamton Junior Senators.

Coach Lancto earned his bachelor's degree in physical education from Sage College of Albany, and is currently working as a teaching assistant at Hoosic Valley School District, where he also coaches baseball. He has also coached locally in youth hockey programs and with the Capital District Selects Junior B team.
