Phil Sellers enters his ninth year on the basketball staff as an assistant under Coach Long. Sellers played professionally overseas for a number of basketball teams, including NVV Monchengladbach Lions, Noma Iserlohn Kangaroos, SVD Dortmund, USC Freiburg and SG Sechtem. 

A former standout at The College of Saint Rose, Sellers is the college’s 15^thall-time leading scorer with 1,279 points, despite playing only two and a half seasons following his transfer from Naugatuck Community College. 

Sellers is the all-time leader in scoring average, with 18.8 points per game, and holds the school record for single-season scoring average with 20.3 points poer game. In his final year at Saint Rose, Sellers earned NE-10 First-Team All-Conference and Daktronics All-Region honors. Sellers has worked as a coach/counselor at Brian Beaury Basketball Camps for the past 11 years.
