The Hudson Valley men's basketball team defeated Ulster tonight 87-62.
The Vikings were led by James Blake and Julius Reed each with 17 points. Blake added 7 steals and 3 assists while Reed had 3 steals, 3 assists, and 7 rebounds for the Vikings. Following his teammates Hobbs Herlihy tallied 12 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds. Keyaton Parks and Nazier Carter both added 10 points as well. Parks had 13 rebounds, 4 steals, and 4 assists and Carter had 4 assists and 3 rebounds.
The Vikings hit the road this weekend as they head to face Sullivan on Saturday, January 11th along with the women's team. The women play first at 1pm and the men follow at 3pm.
