The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball student-athlete, Keyaton Parks (Albany/Green Tech), was named to the NJCAA All-Region team as announced by the Region 3 basketball committee at the Region 3 basketball tournament on Friday, March 1.

Parks garnered All-Region third team recognition as he was one of the best big men in the Region this season. He started 23 of his 27 games played and averaged 12.3 points and 13.5 rebounds per game. Parks ranks among the best in the Region as his 13.5 rebounds a game rank first and he finished fifth in the Region in field goal percentage (59.3%). He was also one of the best post-defenders as he averaged a Region-best 2.1 blocks per game.

Parks and the men's basketball program had its season end on Friday afternoon as they were defeated by top-seed Herkimer, 90-61. Parks played 22 minutes and tallied seven points and 11 rebounds.
