The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball earned a Region 3 road win as they defeated North Country 78-73 in Saranac Lake, NY on Saturday.

The Vikings Trevor Green scored all of his 18 points in the first quarter as led the Vikings to a 35-27 advantage at the halftime break. In the second half, point guard Demani Benjamin took over the game and scored 15 of his 18 points in the final 20 minutes of the game.

The Vikings had four players score in double-digits. Joining Benjamin and Green were Jourdan Belcher and Kobi Wallace. Belcher finished the game with 13 points and Wallace posted 13 points as well, which included 7-of-8 from the free throw line.

Hudson Valley are scheduled to return to the court on Tuesday, November 29 when they travel to take on SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, NY. The game is set to begin at 7 p.m., as part of a scheduled double-header with the women's programs.
