The Hudson Valley men's basketball team dropped a Region 3 matchup 89-74 on the road at Onondaga on Wednesday evening on the campus of Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, NY

Hudson Valley competed in the first half and kept the game close. Trailing by five points midway through the second half, the Lazers went on a 10-0 run to extend their lead to 65-50. Following a basket by Brandon McKenly (Brooklyn / Leadership & Public Service) to stop the Onondaga run, the Lazers quickly responded with another run, pushing their lead to 71-52 over the course of their 16-2 run over a span of three minutes.

Hudson Valley women's basketball is back on the court this weekend when they travel to play Orange at 3 p.m. in Middletown, NY.
