The Hudson Valley men's basketball (21-8) season came to a close tonight as the Vikings lost their sub-regional match at No.2 Mohawk Valley 67-61 in Utica, NY. 

Following the first half, Hudson Valley entered the break tied 36-36 with Mohawk Valley. The Vikings came out with a 16-10 run and led 52-46 with nine minutes remaining in the game. Mohawk Valley began a 9-4 run and eventually took a 58-56 lead with 4:38 remaining on a Jamale Cummings basket.  

Hudson Valley concludes a successful season in which they were ranked inside the NJCAA top-10 nationally throughout the season and improved upon last season's 8-12 record.
