Men's Basketball Falls on the Road at Fulton-Montgomery

Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball (4-12) dropped its road game at Fulton-Montgomery tonight 75-67.

The Vikings grabbed the early lead over the Raiders as they went on a 10-0 run with eight minutes remaining and held Fulton-Montgomery scoreless for over four minutes of play. The Raiders regained the lead at 31-29 and entered the half ahead of the Vikings 37-31.

Mitchell Dame (Niskayuna/Niskayuna) led the Vikings with 14 points, including a team-high nine points in the second half. Dave Reo (North Greenbush/Catholic Central) finished with nine points on three field-goals and shot 3-for-3 from the foul line.

Lennox Degrasse (Bronx/Manhattan Comprehensive), Brandon Degrasse (Bronx/E.A. Reynolds) and Eddie Kwaw (Yonkers/Riverside) combined to score 24 points, with each scoring eight points a piece for the Vikings.

The Vikings are back in action on Wednesday, Jan. 24 when they travel to face Albany Pharmacy at 6 p.m.
