Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball (4-7) dropped its match 88-66 at No.5 Onondaga Community College on Wednesday evening.
The Vikings had 12 student-athletes score in the game and were led by Sean Degraffenreid's (Scotia/Scotia-Glenville) 10-point performance. Degraffenreid scored all of his points in the second half, including a pair of three-point field goals.
The Vikings couldn't overcome a 41-25 halftime deficit, despite scoring 41 points in the second half. Onondaga's Tyler Sullivan and Nate Cutler combined for 43 points to guide the Lazers in tonight's win. Sullivan scored 22 and Cutler added 21 points.
The Vikings are on the road this Sunday, Dec. 10 as they travel to Tompkins-Cortland for a 3 p.m. start.
