The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team (15-8) defeated Clinton Community College (7-15) 84-48 on Wednesday evening.
The Vikings started the game with a 13-2 run and never looked back. Hudson Valley took a 47-10 lead into the half, led by Dave Reo's (Catholic Central/North Greenbush) 11 points. The Vikings continued to dominate in the second, leading to the 36-point rout. Reo led the Vikings with 17 points, and Elijah Lott (Columbia/East Greenbush) added 15 in the Viking victory.
The men host North Country on Saturday at 3 p.m.
