The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team (8-4) defeated Tompkins-Cortland Community College (1-12) 92-83 on Sunday afternoon.
Brandon Palmer (Columbia/East Greenbush) scored 19 first half points, leading the team with 34 points in the nine-point win. Palmer converted on three three-pointers and went 9-10 at the line to lead the Vikings. Kevin Lenehan (Duanesburg/Delanson) scored 12 points, and Kleon Davis (Columbia/East Greenbush) and Jordan Nelson (Troy/Troy) each added 10.
The men are off for winter break until January 5 when they host Rockland at 1 p.m.
