The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team (2-0) defeated Cayuga Community College (0-2) 80-73 on Saturday afternoon.
Brandon Palmer (Columbia/East Greenbush) led the Vikings with 22 points, shooting 5-7 from behind the arc, and Kevin Lenehan (Duanesburg/Delanson) added 14 in the win.
The Vikings travel to Albany Pharmacy on Tuesday for a game at 8 p.m.
