The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team (4-0) defeated Onondaga Community College (3-2), 73-67, on Sunday afternoon.
Onondaga rallied in the second half but the Vikings were able to maintain their lead to remain undefeated. Imre Megyeri (Troy/Troy) and Elijah Newsome (Cohoes/Cohoes) each recorded 13 points, and Haseeb Kaurejo (Shaker/Sacramento, CA) added 12 in the win.
The men host Albany Pharmacy on Wednesday at 8 p.m.
