The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team (10-10) defeated North Country Community College (12-12), 71-69, on Saturday afternoon.
Nate Monson (Cohoes/Cohoes) converted on five three-pointers to lead the Vikings with 19 points. Jose Reyes (Shenendehowa/Clfiton Park) added 14 points, and Elijah Newsome (Cohoes/Cohoes) and David Suski (Loudonville Christian/Schenectady) each added 10 in the win.
The men host Columbia-Greene on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
