Region III and the Mountain Valley Conference have recognized two individuals from the Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team.
Ramel Alexander (Berkshire, Albany) was awarded First-Team All-Region III and First-Team All-Mountain Valley Conference. This is the second consecutive season that Alexander has achieved these honors. Ramel is averaging 21.2 ppg, 10.7 rpg and has 120 assists and 80 steals on the season.
Freshman Steven Hunt (Tamarac, Wynantskill) has been named Third-Team All-Mountain Valley Conference. Hunt is averaging 11.3 ppg and 7.2 rpg.
