The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team (15-2) routed local rival Schenectady County Community College, 95-51, Thursday evening.
The Vikings' Ramel Alexander (Albany HS/Albany) led three players in double figures with 20 points and Garret Bishop (Saratoga Springs HS/Saratoga) added 18. Pat Lanoue (Hoosic Valley HS/Troy) tallied 16 points, four steals and four assists, while Ian Austin-Michaud (Ichabod Crane HS/Valatie) recorded 10 rebounds to go along with his six points.
The team is back in action on Sunday, Jan. 18, when they host Tompkins Cortland Community College at 3 p.m.
