The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team improved their record to 11-0 on the season with an 83-66 victory, their 44th straight regular season win, over Delhi Community College Thursday evening.
Leading 43-27 at the half, Delhi never got closer than eight points in the second half. The Vikings placed five players in double figures, led by Pat Barnes' (Mohonasen HS/Rotterdam) 17 points and four blocks. Ramel Alexander (Albany HS/Albany) and Garret Bishop (Saratoga Springs HS/Saratoga) added 16 and 15 points, respectively, while Pat Lanoue (Hoosic Valley HS/Troy) and Ian-Austin-Michaud (Ichabod Crane HS/Valatie) rounded out the scoring with 10 points apiece.
The men are back in action on Saturday, Dec. 6 when they host Jefferson Community College at 3 p.m.
