Hudson Valley Community College Head Men's Basketball Coach Andre Cook is coming off the most successful season in the history of the men's basketball program. As a result of this tremendous accomplishment and the historical success that has followed Cook, he has been selected to speak at two prestigious basketball coaching clinics.
Cook will be speaking at the Premier Coaches Clinic in Albany, NY, Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008. He will be in the company of other guest speakers including Mike Hopkins who is an Assistant Coach at Syracuse University and Fred Hill from Rutgers University.
Friday, Oct. 3 and Saturday, Oct. 4, Cook will be speaking at the BCANY Coaches Clinic in Albany, NY, where other guest speakers include Gary Williams from the University of Maryland (2002 National Champions) and Sean Miller of Xavier University (2007-2008 Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year).
