The Hudson Valley Community College (18-0) men's basketball team cruised to a 90-55 win over Holyoke Community College this afternoon in Troy.
Four players finished in double-figure scoring for Hudson Valley, led by sophomore guard Justin Gallo (Brunswick/Lansingburgh High School), who finished with 29 points and seven rebounds.
Sophomore forward Datwan Hemingway (Albany/CBA) posted his 17th double-double of the season with 21 points and 19 rebounds. Sophomore forward Derick Faragon (Schenectady/Schenectady High School) added 15 points and sophomore guard Emanuel Mayben (Troy/Troy High School) contributed 11 points, eight assists and five steals.
Hudson Valley, which is ranked No. 1 in the NJCAA Division III poll, will visit Schenectady County Community College at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16.
