The Hudson Valley Community College (17-0) men's basketball team opened the second semester with a 91-83 win at Williams College JV (4-2) on Monday.
Sophomore guard Justin Gallo (Brunswick/Lansingburgh High School) finished with 30 points and nine rebounds to lead Hudson Valley, which shot a season-low 40.2 percent (33-for-82) from the floor.
Sophomore guard Emanuel Mayben (Troy/Troy High School) contributed 24 points and six assists and sophomore forward Datwan Hemingway (Albany/CBA) posted his 16th double-double of the season with 12 points and 15 boards.
