The second-ranked Hudson Valley Community College (8-0) men's basketball team slipped past host RPI JV, 107-98, on Tuesday in Troy.
Hudson Valley, which played without leading rebounder Datwan Hemingway (Albany/CBA), got a game-high 30 points and eight assists from sophomore guard Emanuel Mayben (Troy/Troy High School). Sophomore forward Darick Faragon (Schenectady/Schenectady High School) and sophomore guard Justin Gallo (Brunswick/Lansingburgh High School) added 24 points apiece.
