The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team improved its record to 4-4 on the season with an 88-77 win over Clinton Community College. It was the first win on the road for the Vikings this season.
Hudson Valley, which scored its most points of the season, was led by sophomore guard Maurice Frye's (Middletown/Middletown High School) 22 points. Freshman forward Ryan Livingston (Bethlehem/LaSalle Institute) poured in 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Freshman forward Mike Collopy (Averill Park/Averill Park High School) contributed 12 points, eight rebounds and eight assists, and freshman guard J.R. Battle (Binghamton/Binghamton High School) added 10 points.
Hudson Valley will host SUNY Cobleskill at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 2.
