Bobby Ransom (Brooklyn/North Florida Christian School), a sophomore running back for the Hudson Valley Community College football team, was named the Northeast Football Conference Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in the Vikings 36-6 over Berean Institute last Saturday, September 1.
Ransom rushed for 101 yards on 22 carries and caught two passes for 17 yards in the win.
Hudson Valley will play Army Prep at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 7 in West Point.
