The Northeast Football Conference named Hudson Valley Community College sophomore running back Emmanuel Marc (Spring Valley/Spring Valley High School) its Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in Hudson Valley's 52-14 win over Union JV on Sunday, November 2. It is the fifth time this season that Marc has won the award.
Marc carried the ball 17 times for 123 yards and a touchdown in limited action against the Dutchmen.
He leads the conference and the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) with 196.6 rushing yards per game this season. Marc has rushed for 3,004 yards and 29 touchdowns in his two-year career at Hudson Valley.
The Vikings finished the regular season with an 8-1 record and are now awaiting a possible invitation from one of seven NJCAA bowl games.
