The Hudson Valley Community College baseball team dropped a tough game 13-9 to Prairie State College on Wednesday morning as part of the 2022 Central Florida RussMatt Spring Baseball Tournament.
Prairie State pulled away in the ninth inning when they connected for a grand slam home run and put the game out of reach with only the bottom half of the inning remaining for Hudson Valley's comeback effort.
The Vikings are back in action on tomorrow, Thursday, March 17 when they take on Waubonsee in a 9-inning game at 12 p.m. in Central Florida.
