Bio
An NJCAA All-American, Tim Brown was the starting safety for the 1989 Hudson Valley team that allowed a national best 66.2 passing yards per game. After graduating from Hudson Valley, he went on to be a Butkus Award candidate at West Virginia University and was the team captain of the 1993 West Virginia team that finished 11-1 and won the Big East Conference title.
