Coached: 1962-1969

Robert Kirchberger coached men’s basketball, tennis, skiing and cross country at Hudson Valley. He compiled a 129-63 record as the basketball coach from 1962 to 1969 and coached and won more than 20 games in five different seasons. Kirchberger led Hudson Valley to the Region III tournament in four of his seven years and to the regional finals twice. He also coached the men’s and women’s tennis teams to the national tournament. Kirchberger was selected as the Tri-Cities’ College Coach of the Year in 1965-66.
