Hudson Valley's women's soccer student-athletes Susannah Frisch (Cambridge/Cambridge) and Kaitlin Nadeau (Latham/Shaker) were named NJCAA Division III National Players of the Week on Wednesday afternoon.
Frisch was named the NJCAA Division III Player of the Week following a two goal week, including the game-winning goal with under three minutes remaining to give the Vikings the 2-1 win over top-ranked Erie on Saturday (9/23).
Nadeau earned the NJCAA National Division III Goalie of the Week after she led the Vikings to a 2-1 record, including the programs first-ever win over a top-ranked opponent. Nadeau sweeps the weekly awards after being named Player of the Week by NJCAA Region III earlier in the day.
