Coach Aidan Glynn enters his third season at Hudson Valley and his first year with the men's basketball program. Coach Glynn worked on the women's basketball staff for the previous two seasons before jumping over to the men's program in 2023. 

Prior to joining the Vikings, Glynn was a coaching staff member of local legend Pat Filien at Bryant & Stratton College of Albany from 2018 to 2021. Glynn was in charge of creating and implementing individualized player development plans, facilitating team-building activities, assisting with game strategies and serving as lead analyst of the program’s statistics. 

Glynn also worked as an assistant to the director of basketball operations and youth boys’ basketball coach for the Saratoga Regional YMCA where he assisted with various organizational tasks, including developing league rules, schedules and rosters for the youth programs. 

Coach Glynn holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Spanish with Presidential Scholar honors from Siena College.
