The Hudson Valley Community College women's soccer program had three individuals, Lauren Foglia, Abigayle Yetto and Sage Grennon, named to the 2023 NJCAA Region 3 All-Region team, as announced by the Region and voted on by the regional coaches.

Lauren Foglia (Watervliet/Shaker) was named to the All-Region Third Team following the year in which she played in all 15 games this season and led the team in goals scored, assists and points, while posting a shots of goal percentage of .609 with a team best-28 shots on goal. Midway through the season, Foglia went on a tear as she scored at least one goal in eight straight games. The women's soccer program went 6-2 during the streak, which helped them secure a top-8 seed in the Region 3 postseason. Foglia scored Hudson Valley's lone goal in their 1-0 win over North Country in the opening round of the Region 3 playoffs, which helped them advance to the semifinal round.

Abigayle Yetto (Hoosick Falls/Tamarac) also garnered All-Region Third Team honors as she finished second on the team in goals scored, assists and points in 15 games this season. Yetto tallied six goals, which included a dominant four-goal performance in the season-opener against Finger Lakes. Yetto posted a.700 shots on goal percentage with 21 of her 30 shots were direct shots on net.

Sage Grennon (Waterford/Waterford-Halfmoon), who was named to the All-Conference team earlier in the week, was recognized as one of the top defenders in the Region. She played in all 15 games for Hudson Valley this season as they posted a winning record of 8-6-1. Grennon played a majority of the season with a padded cast on her arm, but didn't falter as she always drew the assignment of the opponent's top scoring forwards every game. Sage assisted on two Hudson Valley goals this season and accumulated three shots (2 SOG) over the course of the season.

The women's soccer program reached the NJCAA Region 3 semifinal round after securing the No. 6 seed in the postseason tournament. The team finished the year with an 8-6-1 record and closed out the season on a roll, posting a 5-2-2 record in the month of October.
