The Hudson Valley Community College women's soccer student-athlete, Sage Grennon was named to the 2023 Mountain Valley Conference All-Second Team following her solid play on the pitch as one of the better defensive players in the conference.

Grennon earned the honor, which was voted on by the conference coaches, following the season in which she played in all 15 games for Hudson Valley. Grennon played a majority of the season with a padded cast on her arm, but didn't falter as she always drew the assignment of the opponent's top scoring forwards every game. Sage assisted on two Hudson Valley goals this season and accumulated three shots (2 SOG) over the course of the season.

The women's soccer program reached the NJCAA Region 3 semifinal round after securing the No. 6 seed in the postseason tournament. The team finished the year with an 8-6-1 record and closed out the season on a roll, posting a 5-2-2 record in the month of October.
