Hudson Valley Community College men's lacrosse (8-3) extended their win streak to six straight following their 14-11 win over Finger Lakes on Wednesday afternoon at the Outdoor Athletic Complex on the campus of Hudson Valley Community College. 

The Vikings jumped out to an early 6-0 lead in the first and entered halftime leading 10-4. The Vikings had five score multiple goals, which included John Lawlor's (Colonie/Colonie) three goals. Austin Hinderliter (Ephratah/Johnstown), Darren Nagy (Saugerties/Saugerties) and Christopher Calicchia (Loudonville/Shaker) each scored two goals and added one assist. 

Nathan Bruce (Scotia/Scotia-Glenville) finished with two goals and Nicholas Malatesta (North Greenbush/Averill Park) led the way with four points from three assists and one goal. 

The Vikings men's lacrosse program will close out the regular season this Saturday, April 20 as they travel to play nationally ranked Onondaga at 1 p.m. in Syracuse, NY.
