The Hudson Valley Community College men's golf program had three individuals named to the NJCAA All-Region 3 team as announced by the Region 3 coaches following the NJCAA Region 3 Championships, which were held at the Glen Oak Golf Course in East Amherst, NY on May 15-16.
The men's team finished third, just one stroke behind second place, with a two-day team score of 671 and Lane Jenkins placed second overall with a final score of 152 (71-81) to earn All-Region recognition. Sam Fair and Markham Daly were also recognized with All-Region accolades following their top-15 finish. Fair placed 11th overall and posted a two-round score of 166 and Daly placed 14th overall with a final score of 171.
Lane Jenkins earned one of the five individual qualifying spots in the 2023 NJCAA National Championships following his second-place finish in the Region 3 tournament and is set to compete at the NJCAA National Championships is set to take place on June 5th-9th in Chautauqua, NY.
