The SUNY Delhi men's basketball team overcame a 10-point halftime deficit to defeat Hudson Valley Community College, 68-62, on Saturday in Delhi.
Hudson Valley struggled to put the ball in the net, hitting just 33.9 percent (19-of-56) of field goal attempts. Freshman guard Justin Gallo (Brunswick/Lansingburgh High School) finished with 19 points to lead Hudson Valley. Sophomore Kevin Goutos (Altamont/Guilderland High School) contributed nine points and nine rebounds.
Jonathan Myers and Brently Pearson each had 17 points for Delhi.
